Mariposa Rosa can accept returns and refunds within 15 days of receiving your item. We can only accept returns in the case that the item is damaged, defective, or if you received an incorrect size or garment. Please use the size chart attached to every listing as a reference, and measure yourself carefully as we often do not carry enough stock for exchanges.

Exchanges are available on a case by case basis. As our brand expands and produces more garments, exchanges will become more easily accessible.

How and where is your clothing produced?

Our clothing is produced in small batches in the Guangzhou region of China. The facility we closely work with has multiple third party certifications, such as BSCI, ISO45001, ISO14001, and ISO9001. Ensuring our seamstresses are fairly remunerated, in good health, and in safe working conditions is essential to our brand.

When is stock available? 

To prevent unnecessary waste, we mostly function on a pre-order model. Meaning that we do not produce more than what is needed. We may order small batches of stock for our most popular items, but most of our drops/collections will be preorder only.

When will items on pre-order be shipped out?

All orders are manufactured after the pre-order window has closed. Our manufacturer takes around 4-8 weeks to complete our garments and ship them out. Production and shipment times may be shorter or longer depending on several factors.

How do you enforce quality control?

As of 2026, we are working with a factory that has a very strict quality control policy. We also hire third party quality control services such as QIMA and V-TRUST to inspect items before they are packed and shipped.

What is your size range?

Our current size range is XXS-3X, though we will be expanding to 5X in the near future.

Who owns the brand?

The brand is owned by Jae (@cinnagal), a fashion creator based in New York City. Jae is the CEO, creative director, and concept designer.

How can I get career opportunities and PR?

In mid-late 2027, we will likely be expanding our team and PR list. This will include opportunities such as modeling, graphic design, and content collaborations.
